Join Portland Running Company on June 10 for a free self-defense seminar for runners and walkers. Your presenter for this special event will be Todd Williams, a two-time Olympic distance runner who is also a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Williams created the RunSafer program to share techniques runners can use to get out of dangerous situations. In short, he can show you some ways to respond should you be attacked while exercising.
Williams’s presentation will take place at 9 AM on Saturday, June 10, at Portland Running Company in Beaverton. We encourage you to come and bring your workout buddies.
This event is free of charge. Click the button below to RSVP and invite friends.
